Regular Priced Items:
We work really hard to keep our website and stock up to date, however accidents do happen. If there is a stock discrepancy on your order, we will happily refund the amount you have paid.
If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase from The Cove Boutique, we are happy to exchange, credit, or refund your order within 10 days of your purchase. Items must be returned in new condition (unwashed with all tags still attached.) All regular priced skin care, candy, tea, and underwear are final sale.
All sale items are final sale (cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.) This includes discount codes and sale promotions.
How to Return Items
If you need to return items, you must first email us: @[email protected] or call us at 1-250-638-0002 to notify us of your issue. Please include your order number, the items you would like to return, and your reason for returning.
Once your return has been approved, please pack your items up in their original packaging. Ship to:

You are responsible for covering the cost of shipping your order back to us.
Damaged or Defective Items
All items are thoroughly checked by our team for any defects or damage prior to shipping. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we apologize! Please send us an email ([email protected]) with photos of the area on the item that is damaged. If we determine that your item is damaged, we will return or exchange-if stock is available. If we receive your item and determine there is nothing wrong, we will not issue a return or exchange.
We do not manufacture our items, and cannot offer warranties of any kind. Please contact the brand of the item you're trying to warranty.
We offer free shipping anywhere in Canada on orders $150.00 or more.
Orders shipping in Canada under $150 have a flat shipping rate of $10.
The Cove Boutique is not responsible for any taxes or duties applied to your order.
We aim to ship out orders within 2 business days (pending verification of payment).
All of our orders ship out via Canada post (please note shipping delays may occur due to COVID-19.)
